Description: High performing candidate with strong SAS, model building, reporting, analytical, and financial experience.
The candidate will manage a team of Analysts and partner with Collection, Customer Service, Bankruptcy, Finance, Strategy, Loss Forecasting and Recovery managers.
Must be able to manage and oversee the development of operational reporting and business analytics.
The candidate will lead the team to provide specific reporting, processes and tools, including staffing models, incentive, call volume, ad hoc, delinquency and loss reporting.
The manager will be responsible for analyzing and translating the metrics and reporting results with the management team.
The manager will also be responsible for implementing and measuring change.
This role requires partnering with key business partners to identify and define business requirements for analytics/reporting and enhancements.
The candidate will recommend and implement strategies for developing and utilizing technical resources to enable initiatives/projects that predict, improve and measure business success. This requires a full understanding of business objectives and underlying drivers to embed them into data management processes.
This individual will drive the evaluation of opportunities for process/reporting efficiencies, and partner with Technology to integrate and streamline processes/logic in various reporting tools and databases within the Operations Team.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years reporting and analytical experience and 3+ years management experience.

- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, negotiation, problem solving, leadership, motivation, and teambuilding skills.
- Must be able to build relationships, present to and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying business needs and delivering solutions.
- Demonstrated extensive experience with analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and data management skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of relational databases and reporting.
- Strong MS Excel and Access reporting skills.
- Strong SAS skills.
- Demonstrated experience with extracting, analyzing and manipulating large amounts of data from complex data sources into multifaceted reports to meet a multitude of customer business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks, priorities and reporting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
Preferred Skills
Collections and/or Operational experience, preferably within the auto finance industry
