REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 
? 7+ years experience in IT projects as a business analyst or related duties 
? 3+ years experience eliciting, mining, and documenting business rules 
? Strong knowledge of formal business rules methodologies 
? Strong understanding of business modeling techniques 
? Experience and ability to obtain business rules and requirements information by interviewing business personnel and by mining laws, regulations, and policy documents. 
? Knowledge of the Semantics of Business Vocabulary and Rules (SBVR) Specification 

Preferred Skills 
Knowledge of the RuleSpeak business rules nomenclature 
? General Medicaid or other healthcare insurance experience (project or operations) 
? MMIS experience (project or operations) 
? Medicaid eligibility experience (project or operations)
