Description:    Work closely with assigned Relationship Manager to provide support on an as needed basis for an assigned portfolio of Senior Secured credit facilities of middle market Technology-focused clients. This will include, but is not limited to, direct interaction with clients, the underwriting, and approval of credit requests and presentation to senior management. Other account handling responsibilities include (a) the preparation of monthly trend reports, (b) the presentation of such reports to senior management, and (c) financial/covenant/other reporting tracking and analysis on a weekly or monthly basis. 

Coordinate and execute the delivery of funding wires to the Company on a daily basis. Analyze the financial performance of assigned borrowers compared to covenant levels, industry standards, key competitors, borrower s financial projections, and borrower s historical performance. Perform sensitivity analysis on client s financial and availability projections including the preparation of cash flow models. Perform market-research based valuation analysis include enterprise valuations and discounted cash flow analysis. 

Research, prepare and disseminate reports on specific industries and portfolio companies through ongoing review of relevant articles in key periodicals and websites. Conduct ad hoc research of targeted companies, industries and trends within the general economy including the preparation of white papers in support of underwriting. Participate with the respective Relationship Manager and Managing Director in select client meetings and on-site visits. Assist in various compliance-related duties as dictated by Bank and regulatory bodies. 

MUST HAVE 5+ years credit analysis experience.

-3+ years of general lending, investment banking, or equivalent experience 
-Ability to multi-task 
-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through oral and written communication skills 
-Goal/task completion oriented 
-Capable of working independently, but within a team context 
-Proficient at financial statement analysis, financial modeling and possess a general eagerness to learn 
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and the internet
