Description:    6+ years finance experience. 

Preferred Skills 
4+ years of retail banking management with Finance Degree 
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present, discuss information in a way that persuades others, and enhances understanding at all levels. 
- Broad ranging financial services experience with the insight and ability to apply knowledge within a rapidly changing environment. 
- Prior experience in budget planning, reporting, variance analysis and month end close processes. 
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus 
- Moderate to Advance Excel knowledge required 
- Knowledge of Essbase, Datamart, 
- Proven ability to develop complex financial models for use in problem solving
