Highly technical individual with high degree of IBM Tivoli / Netcool software application engineering experience. This person must have the following high level skills within Netcool application: 
3-5 Years of direct experience with the Netcool application, including: Design, configure and implement Netcool probes (data feeds) 
Design, configure, implement and migrate Netcool Impact policies 
Design, configure and implement Netcool database schema 
Design, configure and implement TBSM Infrastructure and views 
Develop automation supporting scripts and other mechanisms
