Description:    -Provide technical support of Cisco network and IP telephony equipment and configurations 
- Advanced CISCO ACE configuration and troubleshooting 
- Expert knowledge of advanced routing and switching 
- Enterprise-wide Multicast configuration and CiscoWorks expertise 
- Provide support and technical expertise for Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure 
- Monitoring and troubleshooting tool sets including nGenius, Sniffer Pro, AirMagnet, Tivoli Netcool Performance Flow Analyzer 
- Experience with MPLS and global networks 
- Experience with WAN acceleration devices and approaches 
- Work closely with infrastructure team to optimize network performance and availability 
- Drive IT productivity and improved efficiency by leveraging network capabilities 
- Design and implement network technologies to support IT initiatives 
- Engineer and implement advanced network solutions including LAN, WAN, WLAN and Video 
- Drive continuous improvement within the network infrastructure including new capabilities 
- Provide 24 x 7 operational and technical support for the entire network environment 
- Create, propose and implement multi-year strategies to drive maximum value from network investments 

Minimum 5 to 7 years in a network engineer role in a large enterprise environment with remote locations 
- Direct responsibility for proposing new technology to influence strategic decisions 
- Performing in a lead role for a technical team to drive optimal solutions 
- Working closely with management to drive budget and project planning 
B.S. in IT related field 
- CCNA Certification 
Candidate Must Have : Cisco CCNA Certification,minimum 5 years experience in a network support/engineer role,experience with MPLS and global networks preferred,direct responsibility proposing new technology to influence strategic decisions, and experience performing in a lead role for a technical team to drive optimal solutions preferred,willing to provide operational and technical support for the entire network environment in a 24/7 on-call role
