Publisher Account Management Director
• Take ownership and accountability for the team’s up-sell quota, renewal rates and client satisfaction metrics
• Work closely with Publishers senior executives and CXOs
• Lead a team of Publisher Account Managers who work with publisher clients in the day to day operations, including reporting, performance and analysis
• Work closely with the Publisher Sales/BD as well as the remote R&D department
• Develop a deep understanding of the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements to drive upsell opportunities
• Gather ongoing customer requirements and business intelligence from clients and help shape future product direction with the Product Management team Requirements:
• Significant and proven sales / up-sales track record, achieving and exceeding a designated quota
• Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills, has experience working with C-level executives
• A solid understanding of web technologies and the digital media revenue ecosystem , including web advertising measurements and analytics
• Hands on experience in Digital Media account management– both delivering service and managing it
• Experience working with remote teams – a considerable advantage
• Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
