                Description:    Experienced Treasury Management Sales Consultants to be located in Chicago, IL. The position entails managing a complex portfolio, in multiple states, of existing relationships and acquiring new clients. Heavy prospecting will be involved. 

Primary responsibility is overall sales and portfolio management of selected Government, Higher Education and Nonprofit Banking clients and prospects within the assigned territory. The core objective will be growing overall portfolio revenue and profitability by further penetrating and cross selling existing relationships and acquiring new ones. Specific emphasis placed on evaluating and understanding client needs, appropriately positioning solutions, addressing servicing and/or relationship issues and developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with related internal partners. Other responsibilities include, as needed and appropriate, working with product and technical sales consultants in developing and positioning solutions and determining pricing strategies coordinating the servicing and implementation for existing clients in conjunction with Sales Support and Implementation Management staff managing client pricing strategies to ensure profitability of the portfolio conducting relationship reviews on strategic clients meeting and coordinating with Relationship Managers to provide updates on shared relationships and determine future strategies participating in regional treasury management sales and product functions making presentations on treasury management topics and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge by participating in product training opportunities and reading available literature. 

Minimum Qualifications (required) 
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed established sales goals and customer satisfaction. Ability to negotiate and influence expansion of current customer relationships. Strong presentation skills. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. 

-Demonstrated business development track record in sales of treasury management products, with a minimum of 7+ years in Treasury Management sales 
-Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management product and services 
-Ability to regularly travel regionally as required by territory

Preferred Skills 
-BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, or Economics 
-Minimum of 3+ years selling complex Treasury Management solutions within corporate, upper end commercial, or GIB segments 
-Experience with Government or Higher Education clients 
-CTP desired consulting background a plus 
-Strong computer skills, excellent sales skills, strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
