Description:    The group establishes consistency in ERM reporting, coordinates ERM’s internal and external (e.g. regulatory) communications, and manages the department’s centralized control functions, such as policies and procedures management. Responsibilities also include managing ERM’s relationship with Applications Development and Maintenance for all technology-related projects. 

Position Summary: 
Independently oversees multiple and large ERM projects that involve other internal/external areas on an ongoing and regular basis. Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, executing, reporting and mentoring all aspects of ERM responsibilities under established CMMI, Stage-Gate, and departmental processes. 

Experience: 
7+ years of directly related experience with moderate to large projects; Practical Risk Management experience needed (i.e. Market Risk)
