Description:    Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field plus 10+ years in demand and supply planning as both individual contributor and manager, SAP (ECC) and SAP (SCM) expertise (including SNP module). Excellent leadership and interpersonal relations skills that promote collaboration and transparency across the organization, Healthcare/FDA experience and CPG experience, People management skills to build a world class supply chain organization, including talent acquisition and development No exceptions! 

•Lead supply chain management side including inventory management, capacity management, logistics management, and procurement activities 
•Lead product supply-related global business planning activities, including: developing new supply chain strategies, SKU rationalization, and managing global product lifecycles 
•Ensure short term and long term capacity planning is in place to meet global demand 
•Ensure production planning delivers flow within inventory targets & meets customer service objectives 
•Optimize production run quantities to minimize total costs 
•Drive process excellence and integration with SAP ECC and SCM tools 
•Lead S&OP step 3 process/meeting and be key contributor to step 4 and step 5 
•Ensure new products and packaging changes are properly planned for and implemented •Develop and lead a high performing team 
•Identify and deliver cost savings
