Description:    Build and lead a high performance team that does great work in an Agile development environment. 
Foster an environment of experimentation and continual improvement. 
Using extensive management skills and experience to create a culture of support and motivation. 
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and robust code. 
Stay in sync with other development and product teams routinely reviewing specs and roadmaps to assure development cycles stay on time and are of the highest quality. 
Work closely with the UI/UX team to deliver high quality user experiences. 

Position Requirements 
10 + years of engineering experience, preferably with 5+ years of increasing leadership responsibilities with management of teams from 5 to 15 preferred. 
Minimum of BS in Computer Science or related field 
Demonstrated leadership building out complex web based applications. 
Experience delivering high quality cross platform applications using HTML 5, CSS 3 and modern JavaScript frameworks. 
Experience working in Agile development environments 
Prior experience working in the consumer product space. 
Knowledge of cutting edge technologies and toolkits. 
Minimum of BS in Computer Science or related field 
Ability to travel from time to time. 
Passion for education and language learning. 
Obsessive focus on the customer.
