Description:    Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) 
8-10 years sales or customer consulting experience required Experience in multiple functions of the sales cycle or implementations process (i.e. sales, product management, strategic consulting) preferred. 
Executive communication skills required 
People management experience with demonstrated success in driving results across a multi-functional and matrixed environments. 
Strategic view of the customer base 
Experience in consulting/problem analysis, developing holistic recommendations, and ability to drive result improvements in a matrix organizational structure. 
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build cross function alliances. 
Ability to travel – 25-30% 

Responsibilities 
Develop criteria for assignment within account management team and prioritization of current customers. “War-room” leadership & project management of identified critical accounts for remediation and milestone adherence. 
Collaborate with the field sales, implementations, and strategic consulting teams 
Develop, monitor, and drive KPI improvements that measure success and improvements needed within the sales cycle and implementation process across all customers. 
Develop executive dashboard and reporting package 
Go to market strategy development based on account management deep dive results and forward looking market data analytics. Consolidate information from sales, implementations, sales ops, and external market sources for a holistic picture of market & customer trends.
