Description:    Negotiate and draft master agreements, statements of work, and single business to business contracts. Lead cross company strategic sourcing RFXs initiatives of high risk and complexity. Establish and maintain a rapport with internal business partners and vendors to optimize negotiation for risk mitigation, contract compliance, internal partner needs, savings, service improvements, and problem resolution. This position may provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff. 

Basic Qualifications 
5+ years experience drafting, negotiating and analyzing contracts. 

Preferred Experience 
Excellent drafter and negotiator of contracts and statements of work for high risk and complex external vendor relationships, 
Demonstrated ability to project manage and negotiate high risk and complex multi-location RFXs when savings is a component of the total value proposition, 
Excellent relationship builder with internal business partners, 
Articulate writer and speaker, 
Able to multi task 
Advanced Excel and Word skills 

Plusses 
Four year degree, LEED certification, Sourcing certification, bank / financial location sourcing experience, commercial property management experience, SAP experience
