Description:    Direct impact in proposing solutions, coding in an agile manner, and demoing directly to key business partners and traders. A lot of business exposure sitting on the trading floor. 

Strong technical skills in Programming/ UI/ Data: one of the following: Python, C#, Java. Winforms, WPF, or Web Frameworks are pluses. SQL DBs, Object Oriented DBs, timeseries DBs are pluses. 

Knowledge of CDS and Cash products and financial markets are desirable but not required. Great attitude and persistence in finding the right solutions. Good communication ability with Trading, Technology, Business Analysts. Champion of technology capabilities and feeding inputs back to development teams.
