Description:    7+ years employee benefits experience. Must have achieved FSA/Enrolled Actuary status. 
Pension,Health or Retirement industry Actuarial experience. 
Demonstrated Leadership skills 
4 year degree 
Experience building and maintaining client relationships 
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries 

Responsible for managing the larger and highly complex defined benefit and/or health and welfare plan. Performs complex actuarial valuations, non-discrimination testing, complex benefit calculations, customized report completion, complex government filings, and compliance consulting. 

Develop and implement creative solutions to clients' problems. Responsible for an individual block of business and development of new business. Provide direction to a small team and serve as mentor for less experienced actuaries. May serve as lead consultant for some clients. Extensive understanding of employee benefits legislation and compliance, actuarial standards of practice and employee benefit plans. Regularly contribute research and writing for firm publications. 

Responsible for achieving individual revenue and profit plans, possibly a team plan too, with specific billing and realization rate goals.
