Description:    Work in the debt capital markets group with responsibility for: 

Marketing new issue bond transactions. 
Targeting issuers located in Northern America, target issuers market also includes Japanese Yen and Samurai bonds. 
Origination of debt transactions. 
Communicating with customers, bankers, and syndicate members. 
Marketing of the securities area as a Japanese financial group. 
Work closely with corporate to deliver creative and innovative solutions to our clients. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

At least 10 years of experience in: 
Debt Capital Markets. 
Syndication activity. 
Credit trading (US/Global/JPY). 
Financing structures. 
International finance. 
Other Skills and Requirements: 

Series 79. 
Excellent writing skills. 
PowerPoint, Excel, Word. 
Overtime/flexible working hours. 
Heavy domestic travel. 
Japanese speaker preferred by not required.
