BUSINESS ANALYSTS / Buckhead area



Business Analysts [4 positions – Policy Center BA, Data BA (2 positions), and Billing BA] 

· Document requirements and workflow processes 

· Create user support documents and training materials 

· Investigate issues in order to determine the most appropriate response 

· Propose solutions to problems, considering timelines, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing the business’ needs 

· Analysis and development of business requirements 

· Facilitate/Coordinate User Acceptance Testing 

· Identify and support change requirements 

· Provide training for functional areas 



Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 3 - 5+ years experience preferably in the Insurance industry 

• Strong customer service skills in working with users 

• Proficiency with MS Office
