Software support experience 
Proven customer-facing skills, with experience of dealing with enterprise customers 
Knowledge of management systems, such as Jira 
Experience gained within the commodity trading or risk management industries would be a distinct advantage to your application. 


Skills 
Good problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills 
Excellent English (written and spoken) 
Mid-level SQL (selects, etc), basics in MS Server/Oracle database manipulation 
Basics in UNIX operating system, bash, shell 
Striving for self-improvement in Customer Support domain 
Financial/trading industry knowledge MUST HAVE 
2 years or more of relevant experience in customer support would be an advantage
