Primary Skills:
Description: •5+ years using accepted project management methodologies and tools including specific tools and techniques for scope, risk, and quality management as well as for project tracking and reporting.
•5+ years of hands-on, in-depth knowledge of HR, Benefits, Pension, Payroll, and Labor Relations business processes required (knowledge of Civil service and government HR a plus).
•5+ years’ experience working on an enterprise wide project in a large scale environment.
•5+ year’s hands-on, in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft methodology and PeopleSoft HRMS functionality especially New Hire and Benefits Administration functionality.
•Understanding of PeopleSoft underlying technology including People Code, People Tools, People Database, People Security, Application Engine, Component Interface etc. (hands-on, in-depth knowledge required).
•Experience in mainframe environment utilizing the following: TSO, ISPF, COBOL, C, DB2 and/or IMS is a plus.
•Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict management. Strong oral and written communications including high-end presentation skills. Strong team building and team facilitation skills.
•Strong understanding of standard SDLC methodologies.
•Experience working within a matrix environment.
•Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organization skills.
•Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment.
