Primary Skills:        
Description:    Tax Attorney in the Planning Department – Tax Group. Responsibilities include: 

Reviewing transactions and transaction documentation. 
Tax research. 
Assisting with tax audits . 
Overseeing certain special projects (e.g. FATCA implementation). 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: 
4-10 years’ experience with a law firm, accounting firm or financial institution. 
Strong knowledge of tax law (corporate tax experience) with respect to financial institutions. 
Strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team. 
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
