Primary Skills:        
Description:    Lead the technical design and core architecture of client side solutions (required for senior role). 
· Estimate deliverables, offer alternative solutions for shorter timelines/stability of code. 
· Build custom components. 
· Use and/or modify frameworks for use within our high availability application (24x7). 
· Code review and ensure best code practices are being used. 
· Provide third level support. 
· Discover inefficiencies/performance issues and provide solutions. 
· Resolve technical issues and oversee the delivery of resolutions to clients. 
· Work with Quality Assurance and Enterprise Management staff to ensure a solid product delivery. 

REQUIRED 
· Extensive experience and demonstrable knowledge in the following: 
Flex (4 years plus and recent experience in Flex4) 
Java 
ActionScript 
· Ability to Architect and Design technical solutions in an object-oriented software. 
· Knowledge of relational database design and querying.
