Description:    This position is designed to collaborate with the Governance Team to develop and maintain a framework for the holding company that aligns business strategies with regulatory requirements. The position is also responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates to the current and future governance structure. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: 
Knowledge of board and senior management governance; experience with board and risk committee functions (charters, operations, minutes, reporting). 
Experience in working with bank regulatory matters. 
Experience with successfully implemented projects including leading, designing and executing projects spanning business-lines within the financial services industry (project management skills. 
Practical experience in multiple capital markets and commercial bank products and services as well as experience with a global bank’s process and operational environment. 
Experience in managing cross functional teams that demonstrates interpersonal leadership and influencing skills with ability to achieve goals without direct control over resources. 
Experience with designing and maintaining MIS. 
Bachelor’s degree required. 
Minimum of 10 years’ financial services or comparable experience.
