Description:   
• Design, Develop, and Maintain server components using core Java / Spring / JSP / Servlets, which provide the basic engine for our award-winning service 
• Develop and maintain client-side components in JavaScript (web-based) and Swing, for external and internal use 
• Be a key member within our Agile Development framework (2-week Sprints) to ensure high quality and efficient software releases 
• Coordinate with Client Services and Financial Engineering groups to deliver timely, accurate and useful analyses to market and our clients 

Be ready to talk to us about: 
• What is important for you in this exciting opportunity 
• Your Core Java experience (3+ years). Outside of web interfaces, we are an all-Java shop 
• Your talents with web service/server side development, including Spring/JSP/Servlet development 
• For the previous mentioned web interfaces, your work with AJAX-based frontend development 
• How comfortable you are with standard Java development tools, such as Maven, Ant, IDEA, JIRA, and Bamboo 
• Instances where you applied your analytical and troubleshooting capabilities 
• How well you communicate, orally and written 
• Examples of your experience in database design / development and use, particularly with PostgreSQL 
• Your Unix skills 
• Any math background? Math skills are always desired 
• Any work or experience you have developing financial services software
