Qualifications 

3+ years of relevant experience in designing an automated testing environment, preferably within the finance industry 
A computer science degree from a top college or university (undergraduate or graduate) 
Knowledge of Linux and knowledge of a scripting language such as Perl, Python, or shell 
Computer programming skills 
Basic Linux systems administration skills and knowledge of a version control system such as cvs, svn, or git (a plus) 
The ability to build test plans from informal specifications given by developers and the Risk Manager 
Brilliant problem-solving skills 
A passion for quality 
Additionally, the successful candidate will be: 

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
Able to work independently and take on many responsibilities 
Have strong communication skills and be fluent in English
