Hands-on managers to lead software implementations and/or software development efforts. Should also have functional knowledge of or interest in the energy industry as well as technical expertise of the software development life cycle. Ideal candidates will be technically and functionally well rounded and able to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization as well as represent this company to their clients. 

Managers lead teams focused on the development, installation, integration, testing and support of our business software applications. 

Some of the specific roles and responsibilities one could expect are as follows: 

· Successfully runs a large piece of work either in a Client setting or from a significant technical perspective 

· Serving as the primary day-to-day representative to active project Clients 

· Managing multiple resources and/or sub-teams on independent schedules toward successful completion of project level goals 

· Working with Clients to obtain business and technical specifications to help develop and implement next generation software solutions 

· Working closely with our development center to integrate release software into Client environments 

· Providing guidance, mentoring and support for less experienced consultants or developers 

Qualifications 

Looking for individuals that meet the following base qualifications: 
· Bachelor’s degree preferred 
· Must be willing to travel up to 80% during the week 
· 5 or more years related experience in business consulting and/or software development 
· Aspiration or work experience in the oil & gas industry 
· Experience in project management and/or management of software development efforts
