REQUIREMENTS: 
BS 6+ years MS 4+ years PhD 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in process development, manufacturing or manufacturing sciences in the Biopharmaceutical industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 
2+ years of working experience with cGMP, FDA regulations and OSHA rules with knowledge of documentation systems (i.e., BPRs, Validation Protocols, SOPs, expense budget, work orders, purchasing systems) required of a business in the biopharmaceutical industry, 
very good understanding in the areas of formulation and freeze drying, primary packaging, and/or protein chemistry. 
Ability to troubleshoot and make quick, knowledge and experience guided decisions. Demonstrated experience with methods and tools of project management and ability to manage timelines 

Provide scientific and technical expertise in support of the commercial final manufacturing process 
Identify areas of improvement and propose creative solutions for improvements and in solving filling and freeze drying manufacturing issues. 
Proactively lead (cross-functional) teams of larger scope (or portions of projects) that manage the identification, development and implementation of process improvements to address tactical and strategic objectives in a cGMP regulated manufacturing facility. 
Plan, advocate for resources and independently manage continuous improvement and robustness projects
