•2-year technical associates degree 
•Advanced problem solving or troubleshooting of Mechanical / Automated assembly equipment – 7+ years 
•Knowledge and troubleshooting of system controls and logic – 7+ year 
•Knowledge and direct maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems – 7+ years 
•Mathematical and measurement skills to interpret specifications used in the set-up of machinery and test equipment – 6+ year 
•Direct operation of measurement and test equipment – 6+ year 
•Ability to interpret and utilize drawings and schematics to perform equipment set-up, troubleshooting and repair – 7+ years 
•Ability to follow technical directions such as adhering to operational or testing procedures – 7+ years 
•Technical writing skills used in the creation maintenance reports, calibration logs and technical investigations – 7+ years 
•Understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) – 7+ years 
•Ability to identify required and maintain equipment and tool inventory – 7+ years 
•Microsoft Office software experience– 6+ year 
•Demonstrated application of preventative maintenance programs and systems – 5+ years 
•Experience with OSHA regulations including LOTO and Arc Flash requirements – 5+ years
