Qualifications 

> 5+ years marketing analytics, data mining and consultative business analysis experience.
 
> 3+ years hands-on SQL experience.
 
> 3+ years SEM, 3rd Party marketing campaign analytics.
 
> Experience with SQL and SAS to extract and manipulate data from large scale databases including the ability to work with data at varying levels of granularity and issues inherent in building datasets across different platforms and systems of record.
 
> Ability to use Excel to analyze data and document methodology.
 
> Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirement documentation, as well as drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners. Proven experience translating business requirements into campaign parameters, test design, and measurement metrics.
 
> Experience with third party and paid search advertising and analytics, vendor relationships, search engine optimization, and web-based tagging and tracking.
 
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and present analytics results to audiences of all levels, including senior executive level, using PowerPoint or Word.
 
> Partner relationship management, influencing, collaboration, and negotiating skills with senior business managers to create and manage strong relationships, gain commitment and accomplish shared goals.
 
> The proven ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach in a matrixed environment.
 

Preferred Skills
 
> Preferred experience in the financial services sector with an understanding of credit, deposit, wealth management, and insurance products as well as online products such as electronic payments and online banking.
 
> Demonstrated experience with web analytics in a multi-channel, multi-product business.
 
> Campaign Optimization: work with partners to optimize email and online marketing campaign performance for all parts of a Marketing sales funnel.
 
> Emerging technologies: utilize emerging analysis techniques and knowledgeable about web and social technologies.
 
> Determine most effective communications options (e.g., channels/tools).
 
> Determine best timing and cadence and other characteristics of campaigns and programs.
 
> Strong project management skills to help coordinate completion of project phases and processes.
 
> BA or BS in a technical field. Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (econometrics, operations research, statistics, finance, mathematics, etc.).
