Description:

Responsible for managing shop activity for the Service Center. Responsible for supervising Technical Support personnel., and for overseeing daily shop operations. Responsibilities include shop scheduling, staff supervision, and customer service. Provide back-up coverage to the SC Operations Manager during his/her absence. Ensure that employees are properly trained for their assignments and training records are updated. Generate and review all employee performance appraisals. Responsible for all EH&S/ACE/Quality activities within the area. Administrative duties in support of Service Center Manager. 

REQUIREMENTS
 
Bachelor''s Degree or Associate''s degree along with related experience required.
 
Must possess FAA Aircraft and Powerplant license
 
Previous experience as a successful manager/supervisor.
 
Previous technical experience with products. Proficient in SAP, MS Office and Lotus notes. Previous experience as a manager/supervisor in aviation aftermarket support. Proficient in ACE Tools and philosophy.
 

-Must be willing to travel and work extended hours, as needed.
