Description:	This sales executive has experience in the industrial/manufacturing/mining/oil & gas sectors with proven sales, marketing and management experience. This Cleveland based position is responsible for driving the growth of this $80mm private equity owned business through a combination of direct and agent sales efforts. Provide leadership and strategies consistent with the Board/management’s vision, working closely with the CEO and Board to refine/enhance the go-to-market strategy. Key to this will be determining the best approach to existing end and geographic markets (agent versus direct) and expansion into new end and geographic markets. You will need to grow, train and manage the sales organization through a combination of recruitment of strong talent, disciplined processes, clear metrics and regular interaction.
