| Description: | Lead and coach the global sales team to achieve the annual bookings, revenue and margin targets.
Develop indirect channels including formalizing the channel.
Drive corporate communications towards development of the year old iconectiv brand in the Communications sector.
Plan and execute sales training programs as well as marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth.
Position Requirements
10+ years in global sales with demonstrated success within a Telecommunications supplier company.
5+ years in executive Sales, Marketing or Business Development positions.
Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and delegation skills.
Strong rolodex of Communication Service Provider executive client relationships.
