Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree combined with 10 + years of experience with HR operations/systems and shared services environment including at least 3-5 years managing HR systems/vendors. HR certification or advanced degree preferred.
Experience implementing and managing a shared services model, HR technology programs including change management and communications.
Previous experience automating various HR functionalities preferred (HRIS, recruiting, benefits, etc.)
Project management skills
Strong technical management and support skills, specifically able to work with end users to identify and resolve business issues in an innovative manner: ability to envision, model and perform system configuration of complex data flows and work flows.
Must have the experience to be able to create performance levels, metrics, service level agreements, etc.
Broad HR systems experience including Workday, SalesForce.com, Oracle, Ceridian preferred: knowledge of a variety of HR technology solutions, products, services, standards and best practices. MS Office and Outlook.
Experience with relevant financial, accounting, and legal issues: demonstrated strong financial and data analysis skills.
Strong relationship, teambuilding and the ability to deliver results and meet or exceed agreed-upon objectives and timeframes
Excellent writing, presentation and organizational skills; previous experience developing and delivering presentations to senior management.
Solid experience building reports, defining requirements and understanding how information is organized.
Responsibilities
HRIS/MIS - reporting
Systems Operations including: Workday, Oracle Finance, SalesForce
Governance, audit and federal, state compliance
Internal HR Compliance & Requirements
Shared Services – Service Level Agreements; Vendor Management
HR metrics (HR dashboard/scorecard)
Global Onboarding Program
HR Vendor management – service level agreements
Lead development and deployment of global HR operational processes, systems, shared services and associated analytics including compliance and managing all HR systems that drive and sustain an agile, strong organization. Innovate through automation, process improvement and systems enhancements, as well as lead the operational direction for HR Shared Services functions (HRIS, vendor management, onboarding, analytics, process improvement and administration, compliance and policy, etc.).
This position works closely with the COE Directors, to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of HRIS and other HR systems, vendors/service providers, so that they contribute added value and effective service delivery to stakeholders.
