BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

? SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger, Book Close, Tax, A/R, A/P, Consolidation, Cost Elements, Profit Centers, Orders, Fixed Assets, Travel Expense, and other facets of the FI and CO modules. Experience is a differentiating plus.

? Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and education.

? Must have end-to-end implementation experience.

 

This position reports to the North American ERP Lead in our Application Service Delivery Team. The candidate will work as the North American ERP Finance Team Manager with 3 to 5 Business Systems Analyst reports. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Governance Team to provide the full set functional services required to implement and deliver the company’s global business systems.

 

The North American ERP Finance Team Manager position requires proven business acumen in the Finance and Controlling domain. Enterprise technology experience specifically in the areas of SAP ECC FI/CO is required.

 

The candidate will be responsible for the professional development of a team of Business Systems Analysts, including skill planning and resource allocation planning to meet delivery demand. It is also expected that the candidate will participate directly in delivery activities, providing day-to-day management of team members in the context of delivery. This role will also require leadership actions into the team member’s growth opportunities in regards to skill gap analysis in areas such as, people skills, functional & technical skills and roll out of new functionality. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for the yearly employee review process at the individual team member level but will act with guidance and input from the ERP Lead.
