Qualifications

8+ years experience in one or more of the following functions: international trade, transportation/logistics, financial services, customer service, project management, product management or process management. 4+ years of leadership experience.

 

Advanced knowledge of international and domestic banking, This may include managing multiple international businesses and processes. Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems. Strong customer orientation. Demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels of personnel across multiple sites, businesses and/or countries. Leadership skills with proven ability to develop staff, assess issues and risks, make quick decisions, continuously improve processes and influence change.

 

Demonstrated operations management experience including identification of inefficiencies, development of best practices, development of control points, and oversight of production volume. Trade services experience including strong background in handling complex transactions with ability to identify customer-centric solutions. Demonstrated understanding of the importance of compliance and regulatory requirements in international banking. Strong organizational, analytical and detail oriented skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills.

 

Preferred Skills

Strong background with Standby Letters of Credit and strong project management skills.
