Description:    Responsible for managing quality improvement plans, leading high risk supply issues, and providing guidance to supplier quality group.

 

Execution of Supplier QIP Process

Ensure plant SQA has established QIP for the 10 worst performing suppliers to NABS. Directly engage in and support QIP’s for the worst 3 suppliers and show measureable improvement and closure of actions using the QIP template.

 

Supplier QCCAR

Maintain list of Supplier QCCARs and track time to containment, time to ICA & time to PCA. Drive closure as necessary to meet business needs. Ensure all A Concerns include a 3x5 Why Analysis and meet expectations for closure. Random sample of Supplier QCCARs will be audited.

 

Development and Execution of Region Supplier Quality SAP

Maintain 6M Analysis for divisional supplier issues and develop necessary action plans to address systemic root cause

 

**Ability to travel up to 70%.**

 

REQUIREMENTS

BS degree in a technical field,4-6 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Manager within a large organziation managing 6-8 plants and a large, diverse supply base.,Ideal candidate will have exceptional influencing and communication skills.
