Description:    Experienced software development leader who is well versed in .NET who can both manage teams as well as collaborate with senior leaders. This role requires hands-on development skills along with strong overall management capabilities.

 

Requirements

Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience)

5+ years development experience with .NET (Webforms and MVC)

2+ years management of development activities and staff

Proficient with Microsoft Project/Microsoft Powerpoint

 

Define and manage day-to-day development activities for all websites. Responsible for managing two teams of .NET Developers, this person will understand current development methodologies and manage development schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Interact with other internal staff to collect information about our services and track requests to develop forward-projecting road maps for development. The Director, Digital Development will work with the VP, Digital Product Development to assist in the training of staff for upcoming releases.
