Description:    REQUIREMENTS

MUST BE LOCAL TO HOUSTON

•       Currently be at Controller or Chief Financial Officer level.

•       7+ years of financial experience and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 25 staff persons.

•       Some experience working with Wall Street

•       Experience with in Shared Services Business Model with VP’s of Finance in Business Units

•       Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable.

 

Provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization. Supervise the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. Reports directly to the General Partnerships (Committee of 5) and dotted line to CEO/COO of Business Unit leaders and directly assists the COO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
