Description: Responsible for overall IT leadership, vision, planning and execution of the CRM strategy using Salesforce.com.
This is an opportunity for a person wanting to lead a dynamic global team to take CRM to the next level by leading new implementations and delivering even more value from existing implementations.
Responsibilities are for all IT aspects of the global Salesforce.com implementations including process definition, development, administration, interfaces, bolt-ons and global deployment. Salesforce.com is used by multiple business units globally with nearly 4,000 users.
Must be a proven leader who can drive initiatives across different business units and geographies.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes and large scale Salesforce.com implementation experience - globally preferable.
Responsibilities:
Technology leader responsible for thought leadership, program management and development of CRM solutions supporting multiple business units.
Partner with sales and marketing leadership to understand their needs and priorities, and communicate on a tactical and strategic level. Anticipate business needs and provide proactive support to meet business needs. Bring new ideas and innovations to create bigger business impact. Develop strategies to be ahead of the curve in technology and business solutions.
Serve as SME for CRM and Salesforce.com. Maintain and communicate strategic CRM roadmap that maximizes the value of technology investments. Provide the technology vision and leadership to teams and ensure overall strategic vision, mission, and culture.
Lead all functional and technical aspects of new implementations and improvement projects - accountable for all activities of SDLC, functional configuration, design, development and implementation deliverables. Integrate CRM to other systems from a technical and process perspective.
Mentor and build a results oriented team. Manage global team including defining work schedules, duties and objectives and be responsible for the team's career development and appraisals.
Plan and monitor CRM budget. Accountable for financial results.
At least 7 years experience in an IT and/or Sales/Marketing leadership role defining strategy for and implementing enterprise-wide CRM solutions.
At least 3 years hands-on experience with CRM solutions - preferably Salesforce.com sales and service cloud experience.
Self-directed leader with a blend of technology / business expertise and a proven track record of developing an organization and achieving results through others.
Experience leading a team of project managers, business analysts and developers managing multiple projects with diverse requirements and competing priorities.
Has a strong ability to influence others outside their direct area of control and is seen as a team player. Ability to interact effectively with business executives.
