Qualifications

- 7+ years of accounting experience

- 5+ years experience in public accounting or financial services

- Strong knowledge of COSO framework

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituents at all levels of the organization

- Strong organization and prioritization skills

 

Preferred Skills

- BA/BS in accounting

- CPA

- Big 4 experience

- Experience with regulatory reporting

- Experience with relationship building and collaboration with stakeholders spanning multiple levels from staff level to senior and executive management

- Experience with large financial institutions

 

Be a subject matter expert (SME) on COSO and process and control related matters. The team is part of the Financial Oversight and Governance group which reports to the Corporate Controller and has been created to support an objective of maintaining an industry leading financial reporting control environment. The team will have enterprise-wide exposure to key stakeholders within the external financial reporting infrastructure.
