Description:   

10+ years from within the Financial Services industry sector.  M&A experience is a must. A person with well-rounded finance and accounting experience.  Ideal candidate will have a combination of large company AND small company experience and knows how to hit the ground running.  Pragmatic, responsible, operational, hands-on (isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves).

 

Small company ($15 million in sales)

 

·Bachelor's Degree, MBA, CPA preferred with a minimum of 10 years experience and has demonstrated a successful track record as a CFO with other financial organizations.

 

·Core competencies in Financial Reporting, Financial & Operational Analysis, Business Metrics, Strategic Analysis, Mission & Objectives Orientation, Performance Improvement, Restructured Bank/Investor Relationships, Mergers & Acquisitions, Budgeting and Forecasting and Cash Flow Enhancement
