• Excellent communication skill

>> RSA Archer Business Continuity Management Solution

>> RSA Archer Enterprise Management Solution

>> RSA Archer Incident Management Solution

>> RSA Archer Policy Management Solution

>> RSA Archer Risk Management Solution

>> RSA Archer On-Demand Applications

Roles and responsibility

* Analyze the existing system in detail (standard and custom modules implemented etc)

* Understanding Business requirement

* Plan a support Model in steady state mode

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills IT application support services of a leading car rental major based out of USA

Total experience in required skill (years) 8+ years
