Primary Skills:
Description:   
Takes on the role of a senior client service specialist by
•       Taking ownership of the resolution of complex support queries from Clients
•       Adding value to the Client and to the firm beyond reactive Client support
•       Actively work with stakeholders to improve the Client Experience
-       Become the voice of the client within the organization: escalate issues to second tier teams to ensure resolution & provide feedback to the Coverage, Product Management, Research and Data organizations on product defects or enhancements.
-       Close collaboration with a team of Consultant and Sales people focused on particular Client Segments.
-       Enhance client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
-       Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
-       Deep understanding of international financial institutions and global financial markets
-       Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem solving skills
-       7+ years of relevant experience
-       Management experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have managed teams of functional and technical experts who are client facing, internal or external.
-       MBA and/or CFA preferred
