QUALIFICATIONS:

 

6+ years of experience working in 24 X 7 IT infrastructure & Operations environment.

4+ years of relevant experience in handling complex Active Directory infrastructure including group policy.

4+ years of relevant experience in supporting Exchange Infrastructure.

4+ years of relevant experience in supporting Blackberry Infrastructure.

3+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.

3+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager.

Should have knowledge on Citrix Xen Server, Xen Desktop and Xen Apps.

Should have knowledge on Sharepoint.

Should have knowledge on windows scripting especially Powershell and vbscripts.

Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills

Quick learner

Proven IT operations / Application troubleshooting skills

Should have exposure working on monitoring & ticketing tools.

Generate weekly, monthly reports & dashboards • Situational leadership

Good written and oral communication & interpersonal skills

Good Team Player with excellent eye for detail

Should have a high degree of self-motivation, strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

ITIL Foundation certified

Microsoft Technology Certifications.

Citrix Certifications.

Understanding of Windows Scripting.

Good Understanding of latest Datacenter technologies.

We’re looking for a technically savvy individual who can conceptualize and clearly communicate, work independently in shifts (24*7) operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Performing daily task on Windows Servers hosting various Microsoft and in house applications.

Coordinate maintenance activities and outages with infrastructure and application management teams.

Provide Level 2 – 3 technical support for Windows and Citrix platform issues.

Manage the Microsoft System Center Config Manager infrastructure.

Manage the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager infrastructure.

Application packaging for mass deployment to end users.

Provide support for Sharepoint Infrastructure.

Manage the Citrix virtualized environment.

Managing Exchange 2010, Blackberry and Boxtone infrastructure.

Manage complex Active Directory infrastructure and sound knowledge on Group Policy.

Identify key areas for automation and optimization to enhance productivity.

Should have exposure handling major incidents and escalations
