Description:   

Experience with Mortgage Trading Compliance

 

• Manage, influence and cultivate Business and Operations & Technology relationship

• Improve and simplify interactions between the Business and O&T

• Work closely with the Business to ensure Business and O&T are aligned with regards to goals, strategic plans and investments

• Assist with Operations & Technology’s transformation to a matrixed organization

 

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of related experience

 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Deep industry experience representative of Mortgage Trading Compliance.

• Effective oral and written communication skills working with senior executives at the highest levels of an organization.

• Excellent analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.

• Demonstrated organizational and process skills to work with a vast array of information gathered during informal Business demand elicitation meetings.

• Strong relationship management skills and experience working in a client engagement role.

• Experience providing support at a high level of technical complexity in developing solutions and alternatives, and the development of enterprise software products.
