Requirements:

• BS/BA in Accounting/Finance and 4+ years financial analysis experience

• Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills, with ability to clearly present findings to management

• Experience in financial services

• Proven leadership skills, proactive and takes initiative

• Advanced software knowledge: Microsoft Access, Excel

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must be able to dig deep into data and data processes with minimal supervision

• Ability to quickly adapt in a deadline oriented environment with a demanding workload

• Demonstrated organization skills

 

Preferred Requirements:

• Mortgage Banking experience
