Description:
Lead vendors and functional team coordination to build and iteratively develop technology assets as it relates to content and other interactive outlets as they arise. Leads the development and maintains schedule of project lifecycle phases through project management software and other relevant software. Serves as lead communication point person for project scheduling, follow up, status and problem solving for all teams invested in the project and product, including development, platform, product, content, UX/design, brand, analytics, and research teams as well as third party development vendors and service providers. Clearly communicate updates on cost and resource estimations; project planning and scheduling.
Will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of multiple mobile application projects. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering in fast-paced companies for multi-projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comfortable and experienced in leading project teams in an agile environment for mobile application development
- Collaborate to define feature/function requirements with team and lead the delivery of set priorities for each project
- Maintain the rapid-development schedule, setting comparative priorities for multiple, concurrent small to medium scale projects
- Leads on-schedule development and on budget deployment of projects
-Lead project meetings to inform and guide project participants
- Track project status to ensure timely completion
- Report on project status and resource and schedule conflicts to site teams and interactive staff
- Make recommendations for resolving project conflicts to management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge and use of current product development software: JIRA, Appian, Harvest
- Proactively address project issues with a keen sense of urgency
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
- Knowledge of industry best practice for technical documentation
- Organization and time management skills

Communicate the project objectives, priorities and direction to all stakeholders. Build and motivate the project teams. Ensure planned, regular, and effective communication of status, issues, risks, and actions.
