Description:   

Oversee the company’s overall strategic vision and direction in areas of data analytics, research, marketing database and direct mail development.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Areas of Responsibility 

1. Member of the executive team.

2. Maintains vendor relationship with key vendors such as Merkle, Red Point, Neustart, LeadID, ASL, SMG, Experian, Equifax and Epsilon.

3. Develop lead scoring and direct mail response models for clients.

4. Present insights to clients in meaningful ways in meetings.

5. Work closely with solutions development team on new solutions.

6. Keep the company on the cutting edge in terms of database technologies and new data sets.

7. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting data and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

8. Ensure that client reporting is useful, robust and insightful.

9. Work with business development team on new pitches when needed.

 

COMPETENCY:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

•Knowledge of SQL, direct mail manufacturing and creative development.

•Strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistics, solid marketing strategy.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION: 

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, market research or statistics.
