Qualifications:

 

7+ years risk reporting or analytics experience.

- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

- Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent documentation, interpretation, and communication skills preferred

- Experience working with individuals across the organization

- Must be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail as well as strong coordination/collaborative and process management skills

- Must have a fundamental understanding of accounting principles as they relate to the allowance for credit losses

- Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and business sense

- Must have an understanding of SOX governance and controls

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with the loan portfolio and Credit Risk Management

- Understanding of accounting principles as they relate to the allowance for credit losses

- Familiarity with Essbase
