Rate:   $150K - $200K

 

Required Experience

- 6+ years recruiting experience (relevance of experience more important than number of years).

- Start-up experience. Preferably scaling a team in a hyper growth environment.

- Technical recruiting experience preferred.

- Experience setting up repeatable and scalable processes.

- Familiarity with progressive recruiting technologies.

- Great communication skills both internal and external. Always answer emails and calls within 12 hours.

- Smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).

- Candidates who have worked exclusively in large companies will NOT be considered.

- Candidates with consistently short stints at companies as well exclusive contract experience will NOT be considered.

 

Help the company double in size this year and next.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Measure and improve internal recruiting processes.

-Be a highly effective manager for recruiting team members.

-Initially, manage a team of three and hire additional recruiters.

-Brainstorm and implement creative ways to source candidates for roles across the company.

-Interface with and be a trusted resource for hiring managers.

-Evangelize the team and brand.
