Description:   

Verifiable revenue growth track record in B2B technology and/or managed services company.

10+ years direct selling in a sales leadership position, creating a consistent, over-quota achieving sales team.

Background of creating/managing sales teams generating new logo business.

Experience establishing a sales process/methodology with proven results including account planning, target account strategy, time management and teaming deal execution.

Experience and/or subject matter expertise in Unified Communications, Telecommunications, and/or Telephony Data & Analytics Management (they really want unified communications)

6.      A prior career experience and/or subject matter expertise in both Nortel and Avaya product and offerings.

7.      Well connected within major Avaya & Nortel Distributors and VARS.

8.      A keen awareness of the stakeholders and purchasers of Avaya & Nortel solutions at end-users.

9.      Strong experience in channel sales, distributor/VAR sales models in Unified Communications.

10.     Technology savvy, current on  emerging technology trends in Unified Communications.

11.     Candidate must exude a strong executive and leadership presence.

12.     Bachelor degree, Graduate degree desirable.

 

Will be responsible for leading the company’s entry into new markets, generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Tactically generate new revenue streams in the midterm while strategically positioning the company for sustained long term  growth. This position is suitable for a “can-do”, “roll up your sleeves”, “hands-on” senior sales executive/manager who is an entrepreneurial change agent, excited and passionate about the opportunity to have a “seat at the table”. The successful candidate will own the job and responsibility of taking an established and well positioned company to the next level.
